We are looking for a warm, confident, and well-organised Admissions Counsellor & Marketing to manage parent enquiries, support the admissions process, and contribute to the centre’s marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Parent Counselling
Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, walk-ins, and other channels.
Understand parents’ requirements and explain programs, timings, fees, and facilities.
Schedule and conduct centre visits for prospective parents.
Follow up with enquiries and maintain regular communication.
Assist parents throughout the admission process and ensure all required documents are completed.
Maintain and regularly update the admission enquiry tracker.
Build a positive and skilled relationship with parents.
Support the planning and execution of marketing activities and campaigns
Help promote workshops, events, programs, and current admissions.
