Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Salary: Up to ₹ 10 LPA

Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Team Manager / Team Leader

Shift: US Rotational Shifts

Week Off: Saturday & Sunday – Fixed

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a team in the IT/Technical Support domain
Drive team performance, productivity, quality, and business targets
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, attendance, adherence, and overall performance
Handle escalations and ensure excellent customer experience
Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans
Manage chat support operations and customer interactions
Drive sales, upselling/cross-selling, and conversion targets where applicable




Prepare and monitor team performance reports and MIS
Coordinate with Quality, Training, HR, Operations, and Client teams

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Manager / Team Leader

Experience in IT/Technical Sales, Chat Support, Sales

Strong people-management and team-handling skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Solid knowledge of KPIs, SLAs, and performance management

Valuable problem-solving and escalation-handling skills

Flexibility to work in US rotational shifts

Immediate joiners preferred

Selection Process

2 Rounds of Face-to-Face (F2F) Interviews

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
