Job Summary

The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing team performance, ensuring work is completed efficiently and on time, and maintaining company standards for quality, safety, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of team members.
Allocate tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.
Guide, train, and support team members to improve performance.
Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Track daily productivity and prepare operational reports.
Address team concerns and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
Coordinate with Managers and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain proper records, documentation, and reports.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene,



and operational standards.
Handle customer or client concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements.
Conduct regular team briefings and communicate company updates.
Support performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Qualification & Experience
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
2–5 years of TELECOM experience, preferably in a supervisory or team-handling role.
Experience in the relevant industry will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
