We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to manage post-handover maintenance activities for residential projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate maintenance works, resolve customer complaints, and ensure quality service across project sites.
Key Responsibilities
Handle post-handover maintenance and customer complaints.
Inspect sites and identify maintenance issues.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely repairs.
Monitor maintenance work to ensure quality standards.
Prepare maintenance reports and update work progress.
Visit project sites as required.
Requirements
Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in residential construction maintenance or project execution.
Knowledge of civil finishing works, waterproofing, plumbing, painting, and tiling.
Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites.
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹44,343.05 per month
