Job Summary

Responsible for providing Career counselling and support services to students, addressing personal, academic, and career-related challenges. Guiding Trainees in decision-making, motivation, and career planning. Ensures a supportive learning workplace that promotes student growth and employability.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide one-on-one counselling sessions for students to address personal, emotional, and psychological concerns.

· Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs and develop appropriate counselling plans.

· Assist students with academic planning and goal setting, helping them identify strategies to improve performance.

· Guide students on time management, study skills, exam preparation, and overcoming academic stress.

· Provide career counselling and guidance on career exploration, job search strategies, internships, and career development.

· Guide trainees in career planning, goal setting, and decision-making.

· Maintain student records,



counselling notes, and progress reports.

· Collaborate with faculty, trainers, and placement teams for student development.

· Facilitate workshops, awareness programs, and orientation sessions.

Preferred Qualifications

· Graduate or Postgraduate in Social Science, Rural Development, or any other relevant field.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
