Roles & Responsibilities
Positive knowledge of SQL Server and SQL queries.
Basic understanding of Windows Server and application deployment.
Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, HTTP/HTTPS, and web services.
Understanding of file-based integrations such as CSV, TXT, Excel, SFTP, etc.
Experience troubleshooting application logs and Windows services.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts.
Positive understanding of software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of ERP integrations such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or similar systems will be an advantage.
Knowledge of RFID, barcode, Android devices.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
2–4 years of experience in software/application support or a similar technical support role.
Experience supporting enterprise applications and customer-facing software is preferred

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
