Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day production and assembly operations of electric bikes/scooters.
Handle production planning, line balancing and manpower allocation.
Supervise assembly line activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
Coordinate with Quality, Purchase, Stores, Maintenance and other departments.
Monitor production quality and reduce rejection/rework.
Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, work instructions and safety practices.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Manage and guide production engineers, supervisors and operators.
Maintain production reports, MIS and daily production data.
Support recent model/product assembly and process improvement activities.
Ensure 5S, safety and discipline within the plant.

Required Skills & Experience




Experience in Electric Bike / Electric Scooter / EV 2-Wheeler manufacturing or assembly plant preferred.
Solid knowledge of vehicle assembly processes.
Experience in production planning and shop-floor management.
Positive manpower handling and leadership skills.
Knowledge of Battery, Wiring Harness, Motor, Controller and other EV components will be an advantage.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Candidates with relevant experience as Plant Manager, Production Manager, Production Engineer or Production Supervisor may apply.

Education: Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile / Electronics or relevant qualification.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
