About Us:

We are an authorized Tata Commercial Vehicle Service Centre looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Back Office Executive to manage our daily office operations, documentation, and customer records.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will handle a mix of administrative tasks with a primary focus on data entry, customer data sorting, and maintaining spreadsheets, along with basic handling of social media updates and digital coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Data & Back Office :
Accurately enter and update customer records, vehicle service histories, and operational data.
Sort, organize, and maintain customer databases (contact details, vehicle models, and service schedules) in MS Excel.
Handle daily documentation, reports, and assist the service team with record-keeping.




Social Media & Online Updates :
Handle basic social media posting (Facebook/Instagram) regarding workshop services, service camps, and vehicle maintenance tips.
Respond to routine online customer queries and direct leads to the appropriate team members.
Company mobile phone and SIM card will be provided for work use.

Requirements & Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel (data sorting, basic formatting, and high data-entry accuracy).
Valuable command over computers and general internet usage.
Basic understanding of social media posting and digital platforms.
Organized, punctual, and comfortable working from an office setup.
NOTE: A SHORT PRACTICAL TEST (EXCEL & COMPUTER SKILLS) WILL BE CONDUCTED DURING INTERVIEW PROCESS.
