Position: Area Business Manager (ABM) Experience: 10+ Years
CTC: ₹4.5 Lakh – ₹6 Lakh per annum
(Compensation will be based on experience, skills and overall profile.)

Key Responsibilities
Manage and drive business growth across the assigned territory
Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent business performance
Lead, guide and motivate the sales team to achieve organizational goals
Develop and maintain robust qualified relationships with doctors, hospitals, distributors and key customers
Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market presence
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements
Ensure effective execution of sales and marketing strategies
Regularly review team performance and provide necessary guidance and support
Candidate Profile
Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Pharma / Healthcare / Ophthalmology sales
Robust communication, leadership and team-handling skills
Target-oriented with a strong business mindset
Good knowledge of the assigned market and customer network
Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Pay: ₹37,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
