Data Entry – Accounts Department

Location: Mahalaxmi, Mumbai
Salary: 12,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to support our Accounts Team. This role is ideal for B.Com students, fresh graduates, or candidates pursuing accounting studies who possess solid accounting fundamentals and are eager to build their career in finance and accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Pass journal entries accurately in the accounting system.
Perform day-to-day accounting data entry and record maintenance.
Verify and update financial records and accounting documents.
Maintain proper records of invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Assist the Accounts Team with routine accounting and administrative tasks.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting data.
Support month-end and year-end accounting activities as required.

Requirements




B.Com, BBF pursuing, graduate, or equivalent qualification.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of accounting concepts and terminology.
Knowledge of journal entries, debit and credit principles.
Familiarity with MS Excel and basic computer operations.
Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Candidate
Smart and enthusiastic college students studying Accounts/Commerce.
Recent graduates looking to start a career in Accounts and Finance.
Candidates with robust accounting basics and eagerness to learn.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
