Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or a relevant subject.
1–12 years of teaching/faculty experience, preferably in JEE, NEET, or other competitive exam preparation.
Solid subject knowledge in Chemistry, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively.
Experience teaching JEE/NEET aspirants and familiarity with competitive examination patterns and requirements.
Excellent Tamil and English communication skills.
Robust classroom management and student-engagement skills.
Ability to simplify complex Chemistry concepts using practical examples and effective teaching methods.
Willingness to work in an offline teaching environment.
Candidates should be willing to relocate anywhere in Tamil Nadu, based on business requirements.
Should be comfortable handling students across different academic levels and learning abilities.
Ability to prepare lesson plans, assessments, practice materials,



and provide regular academic guidance.
Passion for teaching, mentoring students, and helping them achieve competitive-exam goals.
Candidates with experience in reputed coaching institutes, schools, or competitive-exam academies will be preferred.
Compensation will be based on experience, subject expertise, and overall fit for the role.
