Welcome customers and ensure a smooth service experience.
Make service appointment and reminder calls.
Coordinate customer pickup and drop requirements.
Follow up with customers regarding vehicle service status and delivery.
Collect customer feedback after service and address basic concerns.
Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Workshop Team for customer requirements.
Maintain accurate customer details, call records, and follow-up reports.
Inform customers about service schedules, maintenance requirements, and offers.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
Conduct welcome calls, follow-up calls, and post-service calls.
Support customer retention and improve overall service satisfaction.
Ensure timely communication with customers until the vehicle is delivered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
