Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, and offers.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives.
Follow up with prospective customers through calls, messages, and other channels.
Generate current sales leads through referrals, enquiries, and other sources.
Prepare quotations and assist customers with the documentation and purchase process.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and other departments to ensure smooth delivery.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers and update sales records.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Maintain valuable customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in showroom events, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.
Keep updated about new models, product features, competitor offerings, and market trends.
