We are looking for a Software Implementation Executive to manage software implementation, client onboarding, and user training while ensuring smooth product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements and configure software accordingly.
Manage end-to-end software implementation and onboarding.
Conduct product demos and user training.
Coordinate with clients and internal technical teams to resolve issues.
Provide post-implementation support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare implementation reports and maintain project documentation.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in software implementation, support, or a related role.
Positive communication and client-handling skills.
Basic understanding of software/ERP/SaaS products.
Robust problem-solving and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel for client visits, if required.
Graduation - BCA ,MCA & BCOM
