Plan, organize, and oversee all nursing services provided to patients at home.
Ensure high-quality, secure, and patient-centered nursing care.
Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate home-care nursing staff.
Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and clinical protocols.
Monitor patient care plans and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and infection-control practices.
Manage nursing resources, staffing schedules, supplies, and equipment.
Handle patient and family concerns and promote effective communication.
Monitor quality indicators and continuously improve the overall standard of home-care services.
Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹64,000.00 per month
