Responsibilities
Oversee daily medical operations and administration.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Coordinate with medical staff and department heads.
Implement and monitor hospital policies and procedures.
Manage resource allocation and hospital budgets.
Drive quality improvement initiatives in medical services.
Foster a cooperative and efficient work setting.
Handle patient care quality assurance and patient safety measures.

Qualifications
Medical degree (MBBS and MHA) from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or medical management role.
Proven track record in hospital administration.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with medical and administrative staff.
Certification in hospital management or healthcare administration is preferred.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
