Key Responsibilities:
Handle import & export documentation and paperwork.
Prepare and check Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.
Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, freight forwarders, shipping lines and customs agents.
Track shipment from booking to final delivery.
Follow up for shipping documents and payment-related documents.
Maintain import/export records and files.
Coordinate with CHA, transporters and logistics companies.
Check shipping costs, freight charges and other expenses.
Prepare daily/weekly shipment status reports.
Coordinate with internal accounts team for payment and documentation.
Ensure documents are accurate and submitted on time.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 1–3 years in Import/Export or Logistics.
Good knowledge of Import/Export documentation.
Basic knowledge of Customs, DGFT, ICEGATE, shipping & logistics.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel & Word.
English communication should be reasonably good.
Should be responsible and able to independently handle shipments.
Preferred
Experience in pulses/agriculture commodities import-export will be an advantage.
