We are seeking a dedicated Telecaller to join our team in Mathura, India, specializing in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience, specifically within real estate, and must be a graduate.
In this role, you will be responsible for making calls to potential clients to gather data and follow up on customer inquiries. As a Telecaller, you will engage with clients, explaining our real estate projects, and ensuring timely communication to enhance customer relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting outbound calls to collect client data and provide information about our new projects in Govardhan.
- Following up with customers to address queries and gather their feedback.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and data collected.
We expect our Telecaller to have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, as engaging with customers is a primary task.
You should also possess solid organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage client information. Previous experience in real estate is essential, along with a proactive attitude and the ability to meet targets.
