Key Responsibilities:
- Passenger Check-in Assistance: Help passengers with the check-in process, ensuring they have all necessary documents and information for a smooth departure.
- Baggage Handling: Manage and oversee the baggage of passengers, ensuring it is safely loaded and unloaded in a timely manner.
- Customer Support: Provide information to passengers regarding flights, schedules, and any other inquiries they may have, ensuring a positive travel experience.
- Safety and Security Checks: Conduct security screenings and checks in line with company policies to maintain safety standards for all passengers.
- Collaboration with Team: Work closely with fellow staff members and other departments to ensure all operations run efficiently and effectively.
