Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source and attract top talent for green field projects in the manufacturing industry through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc.

- Conduct end-to-end recruitment process from initial screening to onboarding recent hires, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies that meet business needs.

- Analyze metrics to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

- 4-7 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or talent acquisition with a focus on manufacturing industry or similar sectors.

- Strong understanding of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software like ATs/SEP/TA tools.

- Proven ability to source candidates through multiple channels including social media platforms like LinkedIn.
