About The Role

We are seeking a agile and experienced IT Recruiter to join our expanding Talent Acquisition team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various IT and technology roles across multiple domains. This role requires a proactive approach to talent sourcing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions efficiently.

The IT Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Immediate joiners are preferred to quickly integrate into our team and contribute to our hiring goals.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT/Technology recruitment. Proficiency in utilizing various job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter,



and other sourcing platforms is essential.

Strong

Boolean and X-Ray search skills are required to identify and engage with potential candidates effectively. Candidates should have a comprehensive understanding of the latest technological trends and skills across domains like Java, Python, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, SAP, Testing, RPA, and Full Stack Development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are mandatory. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Excel for reporting and data management is also preferred.

Responsibilities The key responsibilities for this role include sourcing and attracting top IT talent through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks. The recruiter will be responsible for screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements. Maintaining a healthy pipeline of candidates and providing regular updates on recruitment status is crucial.

The role also involves managing the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication,



and negotiating offers to secure the best-fit candidates. Additionally, the recruiter will assist in maintaining accurate records within ATS and generate reports to track recruitment KPIs. Building and nurturing relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts to create a talent pool for future requirements is also part of the role.
