Key Responsibilities

✅ End-to-end US recruitment (sourcing, screening, submissions, interview coordination & onboarding)

✅ Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and internal databases

✅ Handle W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring requirements

✅ Screen candidates based on technical skills, work authorization, location, and compensation

✅ Build strong candidate relationships and drive successful closures





✅ Work closely with hiring managers and clients on technical hiring needs

Requirements

✅ 2-5 years of US Technical Recruitment experience

✅ Experience recruiting for Automotive, Embedded, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or Engineering roles

✅ Robust understanding of H1B, USC, GC, OPT, CPT, TN, and EAD work authorizations

✅ Excellent sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills

✅ Comfortable working in US time zones
