About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This role will be responsible for end-to-end hiring across corporate roles, ensuring that the organization attracts and retains top talent to support its strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the BFSI domain, particularly within the non-IT corporate sector, and have a proven track record in managing full-cycle recruitment processes.

You will play a pivotal role in building a high-performing team by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates efficiently and effectively. Your ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while aligning with the company's employer brand will be crucial to your success in this role. Additionally, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop creative sourcing strategies,



and contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process.

Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher qualification, with an MBA preferred. Candidates should have between 5 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, particularly within the BFSI domain, focusing on non-IT corporate roles. Proven expertise in sourcing through various channels, including digital platforms, talent networks, and referrals, is essential.

The candidate must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. A results-oriented mindset combined with a commitment to execution excellence and attention to detail will be key attributes. Additionally, strong presentation skills and the ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment are necessary for success in this role.

Responsibilities The primary responsibilities of this role include:

- Owning and driving the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to closing candidates, ensuring timely and quality hires.
- Developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidate suitability to meet organizational requirements.




- Managing relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide strategic recruitment support.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience that reflects the company’s employer brand and values.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports for effective decision-making.
- Collaborating with HR and other departments to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
- Staying updated on market trends and talent availability within the BFSI sector to anticipate hiring needs.
