We are looking for an experienced and proactive Pharma Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our pharmaceutical organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring candidates across QA, QC, Production, R&D;, Regulatory Affairs, Sales & Marketing, and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, job portals, and walk-ins.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and respective HODs.
- Handle recruitment for pharma manufacturing and corporate positions.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
- Coordinate offer letters, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate with HODs to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to management.

Qualification MBA/PGDM in HR or any relevant qualification preferred.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with prior experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare recruitment will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
