Role: Talent & Onboarding Associate

We are seeking a Trainer hiring specialist to manage our international network of freelance instructors from recruitment to deployment. In this role, you will own the entire end-to-end trainer lifecycle, ensuring seamless contract execution, digital onboarding, platform management.

Your main aim is to source, onboarding, and supporting freelance trainers globally, while managing international travel and visa compliance. The location is in Delhi, Mayur Vihar Phase.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Trainer Onboarding & Data Management

- Source and vet elite freelance trainers across multiple countries to meet diverse client requirements.
- Own the full onboarding cycle, securing signed contracts, NDAs, and compliance documents.
- Configure and maintain Zoho Creator/CRM/People, ensuring every trainer profile, certification, and availability record is 100% accurate and updated.
- Provide ongoing support to trainers, acting as their primary operational contact for system access and administrative updates.

Visa Handling

- Manage end-to-end visa processes for trainers traveling to GCC countries to deliver client training.
- Ensure full compliance with immigration laws,



travel restrictions for the trainers travelling to the GCC regions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Your performance will be evaluated using the following specific, measurable metrics:

- Reduce trainer time-to-onboard (from verbal offer to fully set up in Zoho with signed contracts) to under 15 business days.
- Maintain a 95% or higher accuracy rate on trainer profiles, compliance documents, and payment details inside Zoho.
- Ensure that all required visas are obtained and in hand at least three weeks prior to travel to the client location for training.

Requirements & Qualifications

- 2-4+ years managing freelance recruitment, from start to end process.
- Hands-on experience administering Zoho apps (CRM, Creator, People, or Recruit) is mandatory.
- Proven track record handling complex visas situations.
- Flawless cross-cultural communication skills with the ability to support trainers across multiple time zones.
- Hyper-organized with a solid attention to detail regarding legal contracts and data entry.
- Proactive, action-oriented, and results-driven Talent Acquisition professional.
