Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant Non-IT recruitment experience
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment
Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial candidate interactions and assessments
Coordinate interviews with candidates and stakeholders
Manage the recruitment pipeline and follow-ups
Ensure timely hiring closures
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills
Positive communication
Ability to manage multiple positions and close requirements within timelines
