JD Healthcare is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial discussions.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and HODs.
- Manage salary negotiation, offers and offer-to-joining follow-up.
- Handle multiple vacancies and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate pipeline and hiring TAT.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
- Solid experience with Naukri sourcing and candidate screening.
- Good communication, follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in handling multiple positions independently.
- Healthcare / Lifesciences / Medical Devices / Pharma experience is an advantage.
