This isn't a typical recruitment internship. You'll learn how businesses identify talent, how leaders move across markets, and how Executive Search drives business growth — from Assistant Manager level all the way to C-Suite mandates.

What You'll Do

Headhunting & Talent Sourcing

- Conduct proactive headhunting for assigned roles
- Identify passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, qualified networks, and databases
- Build company-wise and industry-wise talent maps
- Maintain strong talent pools for current and future mandates

Research & Market Mapping

- Research target companies, competitors, and industries
- Map organisational structures to identify suitable professionals
- Build candidate lists through structured research and sourcing strategies

Candidate Engagement

- Approach candidates via LinkedIn, email, and phone
- Engage passive candidates and pitch relevant opportunities
- Build long-term professional relationships
- Conduct initial candidate conversations on experience, interests, and fit

Search & Screening

- Translate job descriptions into effective search strategies
- Use Boolean Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing techniques
- Screen and shortlist candidates against defined criteria




- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity logs

Team & Delivery

- Collaborate with the assigned search team on mandate requirements
- Meet daily/weekly sourcing and headhunting KPIs
- Keep pipelines and activity reports up to date

Who We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree (or relevant qualification) in HR, Business Management, Marketing, Psychology, Management, Commerce, or related field
- 0–3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, HR, Customer Service, Marketing, Business Development, Client Servicing, or Relationship Management
- Fresh graduates welcome — strong communicators, researchers, and networkers encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM platforms, or recruitment tech is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good research, analytical, and organisational abilities
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Ideally 500–5,000 LinkedIn connections
