Job Summary:

Generis Tek Inc. is looking for motivated and communication-focused professionals to join our US Recruitment team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and coordinating with qualified candidates for US-based staffing requirements.

Candidates with prior experience in US Staffing (Healthcare, IT/Non-IT, Pharma Recruitment), or strong communication skills and an interest in building a career in recruitment are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment updates in internal systems.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.
- Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and maintain effective communication throughout the hiring process.




- Work effectively within a team to meet recruitment requirements and deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in any discipline is required.
- 03 years of experience in recruitment, US staffing, or a related field.
- Freshers with robust communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand job requirements and assess candidate suitability.
- Willingness to work in a US-aligned night shift.
- Comfortable working from the office in Vadodara.
- Prior experience in US Healthcare, IT/Non-IT, Pharma Recruitment, or US Staffing will be preferred.
