Requirements
1. Experience Require: 5 to 8 Years
2. Education Required: Master's Degree / Diploma in Human Resources
Key Responsibilities
1. Identification & development of alternative sourcing channels, including local Job Exchange, NGO's, college campus, social media, self, help groups etc.
2. Develop talent pool through apprentice and similar models
3. Work on the specific project requirements as per the given timelines.
4. Drive various recruitment engagement to increase inflow of applicants (contest, referral, social media campaign etc)
5. Monitor Recruitment Dashboards and report trends, insights to improve speed, quality of hire and recruiter productivity.
6.
Monitor and ensure governance at all critical recruitment steps including NDVT and BGV compliances
7. Manage cross-functional stakeholders in order to ensure timely, closure of requirements in their respective verticals.
8. Drive internal talent pool creation and deployment
