Key Responsibilities:
Execute recruitment plans to meet monthly hiring requirements Conduct preliminary candidate evaluations and shortlisting
Plan and execute campus recruitment drives and placement activities
Visit colleges and institutions to build long-term hiring partnerships
Assist in onboarding formalities and joining coordination
Maintain accurate hiring records, reports,
and recruitment metrics Represent the organization during college collaborations and HR meets Drive lateral and entry-level hiring across business functions Manage job postings and active hiring on multiple recruitment platforms
Skills & Competencies:
Ability to manage lateral and campus hiring requirements
Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills Basic knowledge of HR policies and hiring compliance
Time management and multitasking abilities

Compensation:
Internship Period (3 months): ₹15,000/month
