Role Description:

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the end-to-end hiring process for multiple roles at BrightCHAMPS. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, where the intern will assist with sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring teams. The role involves maintaining candidate databases,



updating recruitment trackers, and supporting employer branding activities such as job postings and social media campaigns.

The intern will also help improve recruitment processes, participate in campus engagement or hiring events, and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process.

Qualifications:

- Ability to support Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordination.
- Capability to assist with hiring processes, such as managing interview schedules and follow-ups.
- Interest in Employer Branding, including promoting the organization across job boards and social platforms.
- Basic Interviewing skills and willingness to learn how to conduct candidate assessments.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and collaborating with diverse teams.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with ATS or HR tools is a plus.
