We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Graduate Fresher to join our HR team as a Talent Acquisition Graduate Apprentice. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and end-to-end talent acquisition processes.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate communication and understand candidate profiles.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate information in the recruitment/HR system.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with interview scheduling, documentation, and candidate tracking.
- Support the HR team in maintaining recruitment reports and MIS.
- Assist with offer documentation and pre-joining coordination.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Support other HR and employee engagement activities whenever required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR concepts.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
