About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Executive who can take ownership of Sales hiring across India for a fast-growing food/FMCG organisation.

This is not a coordination-only recruitment role. You will be responsible for building strong Sales talent pipelines, identifying the right profiles, driving the hiring process end-to-end, and closing positions within defined timelines.

You will work closely with the TA Lead and Sales Hiring Managers and will get exposure to a quick-paced, high-growth business where speed, quality and ownership matter.





What You’ll Own

- Own end-to-end Sales hiring across India – from sourcing to joining.
- Build strong Sales pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, references, databases & vendors .
- Screen for role fit, experience, stability, location, CTC & notice period .
- Drive interviews, offers, closures and joining conversions .
- Manage multiple vacancies with strong TAT, follow-up and execution discipline .
- Maintain hiring MIS and continuously improve sourcing quality & productivity .

What We’re Looking For

- 3-5 years of hands-on recruitment experience , preferably Sales hiring .
- Exposure to FMCG / Food & Beverage / Consumer / Retail / Distribution preferred.
- Experience hiring Field Sales / GT / MT / B2B / B2C roles is a strong advantage.
- Strong sourcing, screening and candidate engagement skills.
- Comfortable with high-volume, multi-location hiring .
- High ownership, urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment .
