Job Summary

Manage end-to-end recruitment across Factory, Corporate, and Sales functions while ensuring timely hiring, quality candidate selection, and a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

- 1–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment

- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing

channels
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- Good knowledge of recruitment processes, MIS, and hiring trackers

Job Role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement understanding and sourcing

to selection and joining.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, notice

period,



location, and compensation expectations.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, salary negotiations, offers, and candidate

follow-ups to ensure timely closures.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports

while meeting defined TATs and hiring targets.
- Build solid relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal

stakeholders while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
