Role Description This is a full-time, in office Talent Acquisition Executive role based in Jaipur.

The Talent Acquisition

Executive will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for technology and AI roles. Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, maintaining candidate pipelines, conducting candidate assessments, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.



The role also involves managing recruitment data and reports, supporting employer branding initiatives, and collaborating with the team to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Hiring and Recruiting skills, including end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with candidates and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess focused IT Recruitment capabilities, with familiarity in technology and AI roles.
- Candidates should possess Employer Branding skills to help promote the company’s image and attract high-quality talent.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in agency or corporate recruitment, proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools, strong organizational and time-management skills, and a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
