- Handle inbound and outbound calls through the calling panel.
- Counsel candidates and explain opportunities.
- Handle queries and follow up with interested candidates.
- Convert leads and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain candidate details and call records.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers can apply.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable handling calls.
- Experience in counselling/tele-calling/sales is preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
