We are looking for an experienced HR professional to own both Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering for our renewable energy (Solar, Wind, and BESS) business. The incumbent will lead end to-end recruitment across corporate, project, and site-based roles, while also partnering with business leaders as a trusted HRBP on performance management, employee engagement, and day to-day people matters. The role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and the ability to balance hiring delivery with ongoing HRBP responsibilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Talent Acquisition

- Own end-to-end recruitment for corporate, project, and site-based roles across the Solar, Wind, and BESS business lines.

- Partner with business heads and hiring managers to define role requirements and build annual hiring plans aligned to project pipelines.

- Source and build talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and specialist recruitment agencies.

- Screen candidates, coordinate interview panels, and manage the interview process end to end.

- Negotiate offers and manage the offer-to-joining process, including background verification.

- Drive employer branding initiatives and manage recruitment budgets, vendor contracts, and SLAs.

1. HR Business Partnering

- Partner with business leaders on org design,



workforce planning, and people strategy for their teams.

- Drive performance management cycles — goal setting, appraisals, and calibration.

- Manage employee engagement, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.

- Support compensation benchmarking, promotions, and internal mobility discussions.

- Drive retention strategies and exit management, including exit interviews and attrition analysis.

- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and statutory requirements across corporate and project sites.

- Coach and support people managers on HR best practices and employee relations.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Graduation/MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.

- 5-8 years of combined experience in talent acquisition and HR business partnering, with prior exposure to the renewable energy, EPC, infrastructure, or manufacturing sector preferred.

- Proven experience hiring across both corporate and project/site-based roles.

- Working knowledge of performance management, employee relations, and labour law compliance.

- Robust stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
