Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, implement, and maintain automation frameworks across RPA and PLC/SCADA environments.
- Work with T24/Temenos platforms and integrate automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop Python scripts for automation, monitoring, and process optimization.
- Implement and manage DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment processes.
- Lead technical teams and drive automation initiatives from design through implementation.
- Integrate AI-driven monitoring and intelligent automation capabilities into existing systems.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Ensure automation solutions comply with applicable safety, security, and technology standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and drive timely resolution of automation-related incidents.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable automation solutions.

Required Candidate Profile :

- Robust experience in automation framework development and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with RPA and PLC/SCADA automation.
- Experience with T24/Temenos is required.
- Strong Python scripting and automation skills.
- Good understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and automated deployment.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing automation projects.
- Exposure to AI-driven monitoring and intelligent automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of system performance, security, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent technical leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
