Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and identify root causes.
Maintain and inspect equipment such as: Reactors and reaction vessels, Agitators and mixers, Pumps, Compressors, Heat exchangers, Storage tanks, Pressure vessels, Gearboxes, Blowers, Valves and pipelines, Utility and material-handling equipment
Monitor equipment condition and recommend repairs, replacement, or improvements.
Coordinate with Production to schedule maintenance activities with minimum impact on production.
Maintain preventive-maintenance schedules, equipment history, checklists, and maintenance records.
Supervise external contractors and maintenance technicians during repair and installation activities.
Support installation, commissioning, modification, and erection of recent mechanical equipment.
Ensure proper alignment, lubrication, inspection, and servicing of rotating equipment.




Monitor spare-parts requirements and coordinate with the stores/purchase team for timely availability.
Assist in maintaining plant utility systems and associated mechanical equipment.
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment failures.
Ensure maintenance activities are carried out according to approved SOPs and safety procedures.
Coordinate with the EHS team to ensure protected execution of maintenance activities, including permit-to-work and applicable isolation/LOTO procedures.
Support plant improvement projects aimed at improving equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety.
Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S practices in the maintenance area.
Preferred chemical manufacturing industry experience.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
