E-Commerce Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible E-Commerce Executive to manage and support day-to-day e-commerce operations. The candidate will be responsible for marketplace management, product listings, order processing, inventory coordination, and maintaining overall account performance.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Experienced candidates with relevant e-commerce/marketplace experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Manage e-commerce marketplace accounts such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.
Create and update product listings, titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, and customer-related issues.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and inventory updates.
Track marketplace performance, sales, and product visibility.
Maintain regular reports and update account-related data.
Identify and resolve basic marketplace issues and listing errors.




Support promotional activities, offers, and marketplace campaigns.
Ensure products and account information are updated accurately and on time.

Requirements
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Positive attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Willingness to learn e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations.
Freshers can apply.
Experienced candidates with marketplace/e-commerce experience are preferred for senior responsibilities.
