We are looking for a friendly and professional Call Center Agent to handle customer calls, answer questions, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, patience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information.
Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues.
Record customer interactions and update information in the system.
Follow company policies and customer service procedures.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Meet assigned call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers.

Requirements
12th pass or graduate preferred.




Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Previous call center/customer service experience is an advantage.
