Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts & Inventory Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, with hospital experience required, and be capable of handling day-to-day accounting and inventory-related activities.

The candidate should have positive knowledge of accounting procedures, inventory management, stock documentation, and reconciliation. Solid attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital setting are essential. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and inventory operations.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, sales, stock, and financial transactions.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Maintain and update inventory records and stock registers.
Monitor stock levels, stock movements, receipts, and issues.
Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices, and inventory-related documents.
Conduct regular stock reconciliation and identify discrepancies.




Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding purchases and stock requirements.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions.
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
Assist in preparing monthly financial and inventory reports.
Maintain proper documentation of accounting and inventory transactions.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
Support internal and external audits when required.
Ensure proper tracking of hospital supplies, consumables, and inventory.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required
Hospital experience preferred
Experience in Accounts & Inventory Management will be preferred.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
