Process Details:
Provide technical support to US broadband customers
Troubleshoot internet, Wi-Fi, modem & router issues
Resolve customer queries through voice support
Maintain service quality and update customer records
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate Freshers Can Apply
HSC with Minimum 6 Months Experience (On Papers)
Excellent English Communication Skills
Basic Technical Knowledge Required
Note: Immediate joiners will be given preference.
