Job Responsibilities
Develop current business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
Identify and approach potential customers in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and regularly follow up for current requirements.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for suitable product solutions.
Prepare and share quotations, commercial proposals and product-related information with customers.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders and payment-related matters.
Conduct customer visits, meetings and product presentations as required.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute towards business growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
Maintain regular sales reports, enquiry records, customer databases and follow-up status.
Identify opportunities for new product development, cross-selling and repeat business.
Handle customer queries and coordinate for timely resolution of complaints and concerns.
Participate in exhibitions, industrial visits and other business-development activities.
Support management in developing effective sales and marketing strategies.
Candidate Profile
Graduate / Diploma / relevant qualification preferred.
1–4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing / Business Development.
Candidates with Manufacturing / Industrial / Auto Component industry experience preferred.
Positive communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
Strong follow-up and lead-generation abilities.
Willingness to travel for customer visits when required.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email communication.
