Junior Purchase Executive

Location: Chunabhatti, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 CTC per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Purchase Executive to support day-to-day purchasing activities, vendor coordination, quotation management, purchase orders, and transportation follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
Collect and compare quotations from vendors.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per requirements.
Coordinate with vendors regarding prices, availability, and delivery schedules.
Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
Coordinate and follow up on transportation and dispatches.
Track purchase orders and maintain purchase records.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding material requirements.
Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and documentation.
Maintain vendor and purchase-related records.




Assist the Purchase team in day-to-day procurement activities.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
Experience in quotation handling, PO preparation, vendor coordination, and transportation follow-up.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Knowledge of Tally/ERP will be an added advantage.
Valuable follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.

Work Location:- Chunabhatti, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
