Experience – 3 to 5 years
Education - B.Arch / M.Arch qualification.
Notice Period – Immediate joiners to 30 days
Location – Chennai
COA registration preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in residential and commercial building projects.
Valuable knowledge of architectural planning, elevations, sections and working drawings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is required. Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp or other 3D software will be an added advantage.
Practical knowledge of building construction and site execution.
Experience in coordinating with structural, MEP and other consultants.
Knowledge of CMDA / DTCP / Corporation approval drawings and relevant building regulations.
Ability to coordinate with clients, site engineers, contractors and consultants.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to visit project sites and handle site-related architectural requirements.
Ability to understand project requirements and provide drawings/details within the required timelines.
