ACG Infotech Limited is looking for a Business Development Manager for B2B/Enterprise ERP Sales of Mx-ERP, catering to EPC, Construction, Infrastructure and other project-based organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify B2B/Enterprise leads.
Identify and target EPC, Construction and Infrastructure companies.
Connect with CXOs and senior decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and conduct ERP presentations/demos.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Prepare proposals, negotiate and close deals.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Coordinate with Presales, Product and Implementation teams.
Develop business opportunities across India and GCC.
Travel for client meetings when required.
Mandatory Requirements
2–8 years of B2B/Enterprise Sales or Business Development experience.
Mandatory: ERP Sales experience.
Experience in ERP/Enterprise Software Sales.
Exposure to EPC, Construction,
Infrastructure or project-based businesses.
Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, negotiation and deal closure.
Robust CXO/senior management interaction skills.
Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel.
Preferred Knowledge

Procurement and Inventory
Project Costing
Billing
Project Profitability
Construction/EPC ERP
Key
This is not a generic BDM or telecalling role.
Candidates without ERP Sales experience, primarily from Real Estate, Credit/Loan, Insurance, Travel/Tourism, Telecom, FMCG, Retail or Pure Telecalling backgrounds will not be considered.
Compensation & Work Schedule
Salary: ₹3.6–11 LPA, depending on relevant experience and interview performance.
Working Days: Monday–Friday
