We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Presales Executive to handle leads, interact with prospective customers, understand their property requirements and generate qualified leads and site visits for Manju Groups real-estate projects.

Key Responsibilities
Handle and respond to leads received through digital marketing, Naukri campaigns, calls, enquiries and other sources.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce Manju Groups projects.
Understand customer requirements such as budget, preferred location, property type and investment plans.
Explain project details including location, amenities, specifications, pricing, offers and payment options.
Qualify leads based on customer interest, requirement, budget and purchase timeline.
Follow up with interested customers regularly through calls and messages.
Convince and motivate qualified customers to schedule site visits.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for site visits and further customer follow-up.
Maintain accurate lead and customer information in MMS/CRM.
Update lead status, call details, follow-up dates,



customer responses and site-visit details on a daily basis.
Maintain daily lead and follow-up reports.
Achieve assigned call, follow-up, qualified-lead and site-visit targets.
Ensure timely follow-up with every assigned lead and avoid missed opportunities.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead conversion.

Qualification & Experience

Any Bachelor's degree.

Experience in Real Estate Presales, Telesales, Telecalling, Customer Support or Sales will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
