Position: Senior Associate / Principal Associate
Experience: 5–10+ years of relevant experience
Requirements
Robust experience in Media & Entertainment transactions and/or commercial contracting.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
Strong understanding of copyright and IP-related issues in the media and entertainment ecosystem.
Ability to understand commercial objectives and translate them into effective legal structures.
Experience dealing directly with sophisticated clients and counterparties.
Ability to independently manage and negotiate multiple transactions.
Robust attention to detail with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
Prior experience with a leading law firm, media/entertainment company, production house, OTT platform, broadcaster,
music company or similar organisation would be an advantage.
